Sessions are calm, confidential and entirely led by you. Here's what a typical session looks like.

We start by talking about what you'd like to shift. There's no pressure to share details you don't want to.

Settling in

You stay seated, clothed and fully aware throughout. I'll explain each step before we begin.

Havening Touch

Slow, soothing strokes on the arms, palms or face — done by you, by me, or together — while we work with the memory.

Noticing the shift

Most people feel the emotional charge soften within minutes. We continue until it feels settled.

Closing & aftercare

We close gently and talk about how to support yourself in the days afterwards. Most people feel lighter immediately.
